• Refund Policy: If a donation was made by mistake, donors may request a refund. However, to process the refund, donors must provide adequate proof that the donation was made in error. Refunds will not be processed without sufficient verification.
• Category Transfer: Once a donation is made to a specific program (e.g., Islamic Microfinance, Education Services, Clothes Bank, Khawajasera Support Program, Health Services, etc.), it cannot be transferred to another category. We encourage donors to contact us for detailed information about each program before making a donation.
