Introduction:
The Bibi Gull Women Vocational Training Center (BGWVTC) is a key women empowerment initiative launched by the Global Development Organization (GDO) to provide technical and vocational skills to rural and underprivileged women.This center aims to strengthen women’s economic participation by offering market-oriented training programs in tailoring, embroidery, handicrafts, digital literacy, and small-scale business management.The project promotes self-reliance, dignity, and social inclusion among women who face barriers to employment and education.

Legal Value:

  • The Global Development Organization (GDO), being a registered NGO/NPO under the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961, operates this project under its legal social welfare framework.
  • Certificates and training outcomes issued through the center hold recognized NGO/NPO social welfare value and align with GDO’s women empowerment and livelihood enhancement mandate.

To empower women with skills and confidence to achieve economic independence and social equality.

Mission:
To provide accessible, practical, and income-generating vocational training opportunities for women in rural and underserved communities.
